The KWF120 air-driven spray machine is an upgraded tracked remote plant protection machine, perfectly suitable for large and medium-sized orchards, mountain forests and hilly cash forests. Equipped with air-assisted atomization and wide spraying coverage, it greatly improves efficiency for large-scale plant protection tasks.

It is powered by a 170 Loncin gasoline engine paired with a three-cylinder piston pump. The stable working pressure ranges from 2.0Mpa to 4.5Mpa, with liquid flow of 30-40 liters per minute. The fine mist delivers strong penetration, evenly covering tree branches and leaves to complete pest control, disease prevention and foliar fertilization efficiently. With dimensions of 1500×620×850mm and a net weight of 190kg, it has a 120-liter medicine tank. Six nozzles are standard and customizable, delivering a maximum spraying width of 12 meters, while the travel speed reaches 80 meters per minute for wider coverage in each pass. Driven by an engine-mounted generator, it enjoys unlimited continuous working time without battery constraints. The remote control distance exceeds 100 meters, keeping operators away from harmful pesticide mist for maximum safety. The tracked chassis ensures excellent mobility on steep, muddy and rough terrain.

Customers can upgrade to a Changfa diesel engine at extra cost, and spare rubber tracks are available separately. Compared with smaller models, it features a larger tank, wider spray width and more nozzles, ideal for daily plant protection of large-scale gardens and farms, serving as a labor-saving, safe and high-efficiency modern agricultural solution.
